We understand plans change. You can request a full refund at any time before the product ship out.

• After Refund: Your spot will be released and offered to the next person on the waitlist. And you will not receive the product. 

• Once Production Begins: Refunds are only offered if the product has a manufacturing defect.

• Payment Timing: Your payment is pre-authorized when you order. Funds are NOT captured immediately.

• Funds Release:

  • If we reach 20 sets → Payments are captured and production begins.

  • If we DON'T reach 20 sets → All pre-authorizations are automatically released/refunded.

• Buyer Protection: You are covered by PayPal's full buyer protection throughout the process.

• Shipping sequence: Production follows "first-ordered, first-shipped" sequence. The earliest 10 commitments form Batch 1.
• Shipping cost: The listed price doesn't include the shipping cost. Please contact us if you want to learn the shipping cost.

• The shipping fee will be included in and settled along with full balance in the final order.
